He explained that Monas as wide as 80 hectares had to be more guarded by installing iron fences. The different condition seen at Tanah Abang Market. "If there is a fence, any kind will not be able to enter inside," he told.

Jakarta Provincial Government, he continued, has also arranged the Monas management by uniting two units, namely park and monument managements under the Monas Technical Management led by Rini Hariyani. "The letter is just waiting for governor's signature," he expressed.

Basuki uttered his party will vacate the IRTI Monas first, considering street vendors have reached 1,000 people, and then 380 out of them would be taken to get trading permit.

"The permit can only be inherited to children, couples, and son/daughter-in-law, and they (vendors) prohibited to stay in Monas," he explained.

He added, the selected vendors are planned to get ID card and trading permit in IRTI Monas. "We'll impose the system. So, the IRTI Monas will be vacated first for arrangement process," he asserted.
